Week 2 was pretty slow because we were away at WDS Camp. I was able to get a yoga/barre double in on Tuesday before we left. I also got a yoga/barre double in yesterday. I felt really great yesterday after having a few days off. My legs were no longer sore and I had a ton of energy, but I can successfully say that it only took one day for that to wear off. 30 in 30 Challenge – Week 1
It's one week into the 30 classes in 30 days challenge and so far I have completed 3 yoga classes, 2 Pilates classes and 2 barre classes. We are going to be away for 5 days during WDS Camp, so I am really going to need to double up on some classes when we get back. Twisters 30 in 30 Challenge
For a little over a year I have been attending yoga, barre and Pilates classes at Twisters Wellness Center in Erdenheim and Ambler. I found Twisters when the my past Pilates instructor at LA Fitness, Diane, moved away and I wasn't happy with her replacement. As usual, I turned to Google and found Twisters was near by with a number of Pilates classes in the evening.
