Week 2 was pretty slow because we were away at WDS Camp. I was able to get a yoga/barre double in on Tuesday before we left. I also got a yoga/barre double in yesterday. I felt really great yesterday after having a few days off. My legs were no longer sore and I had a ton of energy, but I can successfully say that it only took one day for that to wear off.
