After months and months of waiting Brad and I are officially the owners of a beautiful house in Glenside, PA! We found this house back in February and have been in the process of qualifying for a mortgage and negotiating for the house for the last few months. Finally it is all ours!
We had an absolutely wonderful Realtor named Shirley Syfert. If anyone in the Philadephia suburbs is looking for someone to work with for buying, renting or selling a house PLEASE contact her. She really knows her stuff and went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I cannot recommend Shirley enough!
While we have enjoyed our first year in PA at our place in King of Prussia, we cannot wait to have a little extra room and a home of our own! Over the next few weeks we will be in the process of packing, moving and unpacking everything. We also have a bunch of home improvement projects lined up in our heads! It’s going to be a very busy month!
