As of this Monday, Brad and will have completed 2 months of our "lifestyle change" of eating healthier and going to the gym! All though I kick and scream almost every day that we head to the gym, it has been a very effective 2 months.  Up to this point I have lost 8 lbs. and Brad has lost 15 lbs.!
