Two weeks ago I came across a Groupon for twenty  boot camp classes at a local gym  called (The Gym) near our house. The beginning of April marks 12 weeks until our wedding!  It also means that this is the beginning of crunch time to lose a few extra pounds gained during the holiday season. My (not really) Glorious Return to Yoga

We have been going to Bally's (now LA Fitness) gym for almost two years now. We started out at the King of Prussia gym and after moving to Glenside, we switched to the Wyncote gym. I used to attend a number of different classes at Work Out World,  but never really got into them at Bally.
