The new year has begun and the gym has been jam packed full of New Year resolution-ers. It's the most annoying time of the year to be at the gym. Eating out – just what are we eating?
Brad and I have always enjoyed going out to restaurants. It's always fun grabbing lunch at a great NJ diner, checking out a new restaurant, or having a few beers while watching a game. However, this is a task that has become much more difficult since our "lifestyle change" has taken place. Work it! 2 Month Update
As of this Monday, Brad and will have completed 2 months of our "lifestyle change" of eating healthier and going to the gym! All though I kick and scream almost every day that we head to the gym, it has been a very effective 2 months. Up to this point I have lost 8 lbs. and Brad has lost 15 lbs.! Along with going to the gym we have been taking advantage of the beautiful Valley Forge National Historical Park that is about 10 minutes away from our house.
